About us
Kevin Conner has practiced law since 1994 and enjoyed the privilege of representing thousands of clients. He is proud that every one of his clients know they have a strong and professional advocate on their side. He served the community as an elected school board member and has volunteered for several nonprofit groups.
Personally, Kevin is blessed to be married since 1989 to his wife Julie, and to be the proud father of three amazing children and 3 grandchildren. Kevin is an avid sports fan and volunteers countless hours coaching youth sports and administering youth sports leagues. Kevin enjoys playing softball, hiking, biking, & running as well as cheering on the Hawks and Mariners. His favorite past time is spending time with his best friend, Buddy (the world’s greatest labradane).
In addition to working as a private attorney, Mr. Conner has acted as a Tribal Prosecutor, Tribal Judge, and as a College Professor and Paralegal instructor. Kevin is a strong believer in bringing honor to the legal profession by conducting himself with integrity and by earnestly advocating for his clients in negotiations and in the courtroom. He is proud of being admitted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, but even more gratified with the wonderful relationships he has with his clients.

Kelly started her legal career in Birmingham, AL. After graduating with a Paralegal Degree in 1982, her first job in the legal field was working with attorneys who specialized in real estate, personal injury and family law. Kelly knew early on that personal injury was her niche. Kelly enjoys connecting with clients and working with them to navigate the process of their claim. She enjoys working with clients from the initial intake to settling claims or assisting the attorney in litigation.
Kelly has worked with Kevin since 2006; first as his paralegal and now as the office administrator. When she’s not working she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling with her brother and his wife, and singing on the worship team at her church.
Julie Conner

Kevin and Julie met in high school and have been married since 1989. Julie started working as a paralegal with him in the late 1990s. Julie now handles the marketing and branding for Conner Law. Julie loves working with referral sources such as Chiropractors, orthopedists, massage therapists, and business owners but she loves interacting with clients. Especially, if she is hand delivering a settlement check to them!
In her private time, she loves reading, hiking, spending time with her family and most of all travelling!

Shirley has been working in the legal field since 2014. She graduated from Skagit Valley College with her Criminal Justice Degree. She has experience in personal injury, workers comp. and criminal law. Shirley is fluent in both English and Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets.
